I have been working as an illustrator for over fifteen years and have produced illustrations for picture books, advertising and magazines as well as exhibiting my work.

Julie Ann Monks has worked as an illustrator since graduating from Kingston University in 1996. More recently she completed a Masters degree at Falmouth University. Julie spent some years living and working in Paris, France. Now she is based in Cornwall in the South West of England, the beautiful scenery providing inspiration for her book projects. Julie also teaches part-time on the Illustration course at Falmouth University. She is currently available for freelance projects.
